Clydeholm UK Limited is a privately owned property investment and development company based in Partick, on the north bank of the Clyde. We have been acquiring, improving and letting property in and around Glasgow since 2011.
We buy well, develop and refurbish with care, and hold or sell with discipline. Whether it is a tenement flat brought back to life, a block of apartments, or a commercial unit let to a good occupier, our aim is the same — sound assets, kept to a high standard and managed for the long term.
